With ShopperBuzzTM, there is no need to spend a fortune on costly interviewers to intercept shoppers in the store aisles. ShopperBuzzTM utilizes on-shelf video displays to randomly invite category shoppers to participate in our surveys.

These devices have motion sensors that can be set for various time intervals, ensuring a truly random sample of category shoppers. When the motion sensor is tripped (by a shopper passing in front of the sensor), the shopper is invited to contact us immediately to participate in a survey using their mobile phone. At the conclusion of the interview, shoppers are asked to provide their contact details so that we can deliver their reward for participating in our survey.



There are many applications for ShopperBuzzTM:

New product launches - capture feedback from shoppers that are exposed to your new product or your competitors' new products at the "First Moment of Truth" while the shoppers are still in the aisle:

Research can be conducted to address the following issues - and many more:
