ResponseChecks® are actual bank checks that contain questionnaires on the reverse side. When respondents receive a ResponseCheck®, they are instructed to answer the questions printed on the reverse side of the check as part of their endorsement. Respondents can then cash or deposit the check at any bank or ATM to receive their incentive for participating in the survey. The canceled checks are then returned to AMC via the Federal Reserve banking system for processing of the survey data that is provided on the reverse side of the check.
ResponseCheck® is selected as the data collection method for many of our medical studies because of its unique ability to generate response from a random sample of target physicians and office managers/nurses in a timely fashion at a cost that is significantly less than that of alternate methodologies.
