Positions Available

Do you have a passion for uncovering deep insights to help clients build brands, strengthen equity, and develop new products and services? Are you a creative thinking problem solver with strong project management skills?

As a project director for AMC Global, you will be responsible for uncovering deep insights to help consumer packaged goods and consumer healthcare industry clients build brands, strengthen equity, and develop new products and services. Management of quantitative and qualitative research projects from the start through report creation will make this a fun, productive and collaborative role.

Project Director Primary Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Collaborate with team and with client to Identify issues and suggest solutions on smooth project execution
  • Manage programming and fielding operations—including survey programming, analysis plan and reporting.
  • Problem solve logistical issues, with nimble solutions and adjustments as needed.

Client Communications

  • Oversee contact with external vendors, including managing timelines and ensuring the quality of deliverables
  • Work with clients to develop research designs, which address their key business objectives

General Activities and Support

  • Designing survey questionnaires, in alignment with key survey writing principles and study parameters
  • Conduct secondary desk research to augment primary research learnings
  • Support analysis of large data sets in order to determine key insights and themes
  • Assist in report creation, transforming data into clear, concise, and aesthetically compelling stories that drive outstanding business results

Qualifications

  • Position can be remote or local to AMC Global’s Blue Bell, PA headquarters
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree a plus
  • 0-3 years relevant work experience, social science/research background desired, but not required
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (experience with SPSS or other statistical package (e.g., SAS) is a plus)
  • Strong project management skills including an interest in growing and building strategic consulting skills
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to seamlessly multi-task across many projects and tasks
  • Interest in working with CPG or consumer healthcare marketing research

Here’s your chance for a great opportunity to uncover new insights for a variety of clients! As a research manager at AMC Global, you will be responsible for all elements of research projects within the context of custom, primary marketing research. Position duties include managing all aspects of research engagements, maintaining client relationships, staff mentoring, and addressing project questions/concerns.

Primary Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Support directors and executive team in managing all phases of research engagements including research design, questionnaire development, field and quota management, and data analysis
  • Work with the team to develop highly visual, story-like reporting which delivers insights to drive client business decisions

Client Communications

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external research partners and vendors to ensure that each project stays on schedule and within budget
  • Act as a client consultant regarding day-to-day study issues
  • Assist in the development of client research proposals for custom, strategic research programs
  • Respond to client questions or concerns regarding study progress in a prompt and professional manner 

General Activities and Support

  • Assist in the training and mentoring of staff
  • Work closely and respond quickly to internal team in order to foster a strong working relationship

Qualifications

  • Position can be remote or local to AMC Global’s Blue Bell, PA headquarters
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree a plus
  • 3-5 years experience in custom research (CPG and/or consumer healthcare industry experience is a plus)
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint [experience with SPSS or other statistical package (e.g., SAS) is a plus]
  • Ability to work independently, but within a team structure
  • Ability to manage time and work within structured deadlines
  • Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Do you have a strong research background with a knack for efficient study and client management? Are you proactive, innovative and ready to apply new ideas to market research projects? 

As a research director with AMC Global, you will be responsible for driving the direction of primary marketing research projects. This position requires a deep market research background, strong project management skills, effective client communication, and team development. Position duties include directing all aspects of research engagements, staff mentoring, maintaining and expanding strong client relationships, and addressing all aspects of project needs. 

Primary Responsibilities 

Project Management

  • Develop highly visual, story-like reporting which delivers insights to drive client business decisions
  • Lead a team, managing all phases of research engagements including design, questionnaire development, field and quota management, data analysis, preparation of final reports and presentation of results

 Client Management 

  • Consult with new and existing clients on study designs to best meet their research needs
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external research partners/ vendors to ensure that each project stays on schedule and within budget
  • Develop and deliver research findings to help guide our clients’ business decisions

 General Activities

  • Support the development of research proposals for custom, strategic research programs
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of staff
  • Respond to questions or concerns regarding the progress of the study and deliverables in a prompt and professional manner in order to foster a strong working relationship

 

Qualifications

  • Position can be remote or local to AMC Global’s Blue Bell, PA headquarters
  • Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree required, other advanced degrees is a plus
  • 10+ years experience in custom research (CPG experience is a plus)
  • Must have supplier side experience
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (experience with SPSS or other statistical package (e.g., SAS) is a plus)
  • Ability to travel occasionally
  • Ability to work independently, but within a team structure
  • Ability to manage time and work within structured deadlines
  • Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
